Job summary

Creative Flagstaff is seeking an on-call Programs Assistant to support exhibitions, events, and programs at Coconino Center for the Arts. This in-person role requires weekend and evening hours and offers flexible shifts to fit around class or work schedules while helping with front desk reception, events, and communications.

Responsibilities include assisting with gallery openings, venue preparations, ticketing and merchandise, and acting as a welcoming ambassador during open hours.

Qualifications

• Some college education preferred; experience could substitute for education.
• 1 year of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with program coordination and public participation.
• Provide front desk reception, events support, and communications.
• Prepare venues for internal or external events.
• Assist in gallery preparations and open hours staffing.
• Serve as Front-of-House ambassador, manage ticketing and concessions.
