Job summary

Creative Flagstaff is seeking an Education Coordinator & Gallery Assistant in Flagstaff, AZ to oversee educational programs and assist with gallery operations at the Coconino Center for the Arts. The role blends youth education with hands‑on gallery support and exhibition work.

The in-person position requires regular weekend and evening hours to support programs, exhibitions and events; Associates degree preferred and 1–2 years in youth education are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing educational programs for youth and older adults.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Passion for the arts and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement educational programs for Creative Youth, Creative Camps, Afterschool, and Youth Arts Exhibition.
• Develop and manage intergenerational arts education including interactive spaces and exhibition curricula.
• Assist with exhibitions, program coordination, and public participation; document and report activities.
