Job summary

Coconino Community College in Flagstaff is seeking student workers to support offices and community services partnerships with CCC staff and faculty. The positions pay $18.35 per hour and are 10–19 hours per week, depending on department need, funds, and student eligibility.

The start date is determined by the hiring supervisor. A background check is required before a position can be offered, and essential documents must be completed before the first shift.

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled student at Coconino Community College for the current or upcoming semester.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Ability to work for extended periods of time at a desk/computer.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and policies.
• Exhibit patience and a positive attitude in an academic learning environment.
• Demonstrate reliability and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Adhere to confidentiality in certain cases where discretion should be used.
• Adhere to Coconino Community College Code of Conduct as well as FERPA guidelines.
• Adhere to the College's code of conduct regarding acceptable use of technology.
