Job summary

Creative Flagstaff in Flagstaff, AZ, seeks an Education Coordinator & Gallery Assistant to develop youth programs, coordinate exhibitions, and support public education activities at the Coconino Center for the Arts. This in-person role requires strong organization and a passion for community engagement.

Responsibilities include program development for Creative Youth, workshops, and reception of visitors; weekend/evening hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; experience could substitute for education.
• Experience coordinating youth education and gallery programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs for youth and multigenerational audiences.
• Coordinate exhibitions and assist with gallery operations.
• Manage communications, documentation, and reporting.
• Support program logistics for Creative Youth, camps, afterschool programs and workshops.
