Pratum Companies is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and ensure timely fulfillment of service requests at our Pueblo, CO properties.

You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, handle make-ready tasks, and conduct preventative maintenance and inspections. The role requires on-call rotation, strong mechanical skills, and solid communication with tenants and staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent with ability to read/write English fluently.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a residential property management maintenance technician.
• Rotating on-call schedule is required.
• Strong troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Experience operating a variety of equipment and small hand tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects including preventative maintenance.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely fashion.
• Make-ready tasks: painting, appliance and fixture repair, plumbing, electrical work, and part replacement.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical, appliances and major equipment.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform snow removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
