Job summary

Community Management Corporation is seeking an on-site apartment maintenance technician for full-time work in Boone, NC. The role involves maintenance, repair, and cleaning duties across the complex, under the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.

Shifts run Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities as needed. Applicants should have prior apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Must be willing to be on-call.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and parking lots daily.
• Complete work orders and submit timesheets daily.
• Clean and paint vacant apartments as per guidelines.
• Perform HVAC service checks at seasonal changes and maintain logs.
• Service major appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, water heaters) as needed.
• Inspect buildings and apartments regularly with the Property Manager.
