The role requires on-call duties, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with residents and team members in a multifamily setting. Day shifts with full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• HVAC certification is preferred. EPA and CPO Certification is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to learn new maintenance technologies.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must possess excellent human relation skills: tenant interaction is required.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-ready maintenance and check appliance operations.
• Repair plumbing, electrical issues, and locks.
• Perform pool, carpentry, painting, and grounds tasks.
• Repair balconies, doors, floors, fences, and fixtures.
• Replace drywall, texture walls and paint.
• Maintain grounds and assist groundskeeper; snow/ice removal.
• Expedite service requests and maintain inventory.
