Job summary

Community Management Corporation is seeking a full-time maintenance candidate for apartment communities. The role involves keeping grounds and facilities clean, performing repairs, and fulfilling preventive maintenance tasks under supervision of the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.

Responsibilities include painting vacants, HVAC inspection, appliance service, and coordinating with contractors. On-call availability and a valid driver's license are required to support emergencies

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment upkeep and repairs, including painting, HVAC, and preventive maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to respond to on-call needs.
• Able to perform physical tasks and handle tools and equipment as part of routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and parking lots to keep them clean and safe.
• Complete Work Orders and timesheets as directed by Property Manager.
• Clean and paint vacants; pressure wash and water grounds as needed.
• Inspect HVAC and service major appliances; maintain service logs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and be prepared for emergencies.
