Job summary

Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee facility maintenance, renovation and repair under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. This role includes being on-call 24/7 for emergencies and following established schedules (daily to long-term) to keep properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include responding to requests within 24 hours, maintaining buildings and grounds, managing tools and safety, and assisting with turnover work to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC certification preferred.
Ability to perform multi-trade maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
Maintenance of property buildings and grounds on a daily basis.
Manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory.
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to supervision.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Operate safely according to OSHA standards and company policies.
Maintain a site maintenance log.
Assist with turnover work to ensure high quality by vendors.
Monitor sidewalks for ice during snow season.
Perform general painting, plumbing, appliance repair and minor electrical work.
Know and follow management company and community policies.
