Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in North Carolina is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join Centre Court. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting to keep apartment communities safe and inviting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of maintenance experience; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred; you must have your own tools and be available for emergency calls. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Experience with multifamily properties preferred.
• Must have own tools.
• Able to respond to emergency maintenance calls.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, electrical, and plumbing.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Inspects and maintains building systems and common areas.
• Documents work and coordinates with property staff.
