Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and service requests promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins and conduct inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage parts and supplies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
