Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Full Time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across apartment properties. Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license, with on-site work at Olivers Trace Apartments.

The role requires 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily settings, with HVAC/EPA certification preferred and a willingness to respond to emergencies 24/7.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspects property systems and conducts maintenance-related inspections.
