Aufgaben

• Maintain the grounds, common areas, and parking lots daily to stay clear of trash and debris.
• Complete and submit Work Orders and timesheets as directed by the Property Manager.
• Perform cleaning and painting of vacant apartments per guidelines.
• Inspect and service HVAC at seasonal starts and maintain a service log.
• Service major appliances and check water heaters, ranges, dishwashers as needed.
• Coordinate with exterminators and document apartment Exterminations.
