Job summary

LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to work at Centre Court in North Carolina. The role focuses on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to keep apartment communities safe and functional.

You must have your own tools and be capable of servicing HVAC, appliances, electrical, and plumbing. The position requires occasional 24/7 emergency calls and participation in training. Background screening and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• Repairs on-site HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing and related equipment.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Maintains property systems and building appearances.
• Inspects and prepares units for turnovers and regulatory inspections.
