Envolve Community Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Union Hill Apartment Community in Forsyth, GA. You will perform general maintenance and repairs with HVAC, plumbing and electrical specialization and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

The candidate should have HVAC experience and strong customer service, with availability for emergency calls 24/7; typical hours are 8am–5pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Maintenance duties with ability to assist the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, sinks and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Complete work orders and document equipment operations.
