Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and uphold safety standards while providing excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in maintenance, EPA Type I/II preferred, and are able to work a rotating on-call schedule within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs as requests come in.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards with residents.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and budget guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers and supervisors.
• Assist with move-in/move-out process and maintenance turns.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
• Keep accurate records and assist with grounds and common areas.
