Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while improving residents' living experience. The role requires handling maintenance issues professionally and efficiently, including after-hours on-call duties and compliance with safety programs.

You will work on site, performing facility and grounds upkeep and ensuring code-compliant water and HVAC maintenance.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and stand 8-12 hours.
Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.
Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
Operates and maintains equipment safely, in compliance with health, safety and OSHA programs.
Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours on-call maintenance.
Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Follows EPA and local requirements for HVAC, pools and sanitation.
Keeps storage areas, tools and equipment secure at all times.
Participates in training as required.
