Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our military housing team at Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, AZ. You will be the primary contact for prospective residents, manage the leasing process, and help achieve occupancy targets with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include conducting tours (in-person, virtual, self-guided), explaining pricing and terms, processing applications, and ensuring show-ready homes and a clean leasing office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease files.
• Explain pricing, availability, lease terms, specials, and application requirements.
• Conduct property tours (in-person, virtual, and self-guided).
• Guide prospects through the application, waitlist, and move-in process with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain show-ready homes and ensure the leasing office and model units are presentable.
