Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our military team at Fort Wainwright, AK. You will present apartments, manage the sales process, and build relationships with prospects and residents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes sales, property presentation, and closing deals, requiring strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills along with familiarity with property management processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease files.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, conduct tours, and log activity in the management system.
• Conduct property tours (in-person, virtual, self-guided) and highlight features.
• Explain pricing, lease terms, and application requirements; guide applicants through the process.
• Maintain Show Ready Homes and leasing office presentation, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
