Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a Talent Service Coordinator for our 24/7 live show environment. You will support hosts, guests, and backstage teams, ensuring smooth on-air operations and timely communication of changes.

This role requires open availability and the ability to manage live-show challenges. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in demanding customer service or studio settings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced Customer Service and/or Studio Environment.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, television, broadcasting or related field or equivalent combination of training, skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide the in-studio experience of the hosts, guest teams, and models.
• Support backstage teams by processing and communicating informational changes to the necessary parties.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, guest issues, late arrivals, or callouts affecting live shows.
• Get guests and hosts ready before going on air.
• Assist with audio/engineering reports and mic issue troubleshooting.
