Qurate Retail Group is seeking an on‑call Talent Service Coordinator to support our 24/7 customer service desk and backstage teams. You will prepare talent for broadcasts, communicate changes, and help ensure a smooth live show.

The role emphasizes high‑pressure customer service in a studio setting, collaborating with hosts, guests, and crew to resolve issues and keep broadcasts on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or training with experience in high-pressure customer service.
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably in a studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide in-studio experience for hosts, guests, and models.
• Coordinate with backstage teams and communicate changes promptly.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and guest issues affecting live shows.
• Prepare guests and hosts for air and work with audio/engineering to troubleshoot mic issues.
