QVC Group is seeking a Talent Service Coordinator to join our 24/7 customer service desk at the West Chester, PA headquarters. The role requires guiding the in-studio experience for hosts and guests, coordinating backstage communications, and ensuring timely operational decisions for the live show.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of fast-paced customer service or studio environment experience, with open availability to match production needs.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in communication, business, television, broadcasting or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a high-pressure customer service or studio environment.
- Open availability to work days and times dictated by business needs.
Responsabilidades
- Guide the in-studio experience of the hosts, guest teams, and models.
- Support backstage teams by processing and communicating informational changes timely.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, guest issues, late arrivals, callouts, and policy breaches that impact the live show.
- Get guests and hosts ready before going on air.
- Work audio and engineering to report and troubleshoot mic issues.
