Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking an OMS Business Lead for Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY to own the OMS/Maximo ecosystem. You will lead enhancements, training, and data integrations while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

You will develop analytics and Power BI dashboards to visualize OMS/Maximo data, mentor users, and drive improvements across WorkHub and GIS integrations. A Bachelor's degree is required with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• OMS/Maximo Asset Management experience
• Work management and PM knowledge
• Ability to develop specifications and test plans
• Experience delivering trainings and presentations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 15%

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and implement OMS/Maximo enhancements and bug fixes
• Develop and lead OMS/Maximo training activities
• Mentor users and lead cross-functional meetings
• Load data into OMS/Maximo and manage data changes
• Coordinate with IT during upgrades and deployments
• Develop Power BI reports for OMS/Maximo data
• Link OMS/Maximo with WorkHub and GIS integrations
