Job summary

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is seeking an OMS Business Lead for its Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY location. The role serves as the primary owner and SME for the Operational Management System (OMS) using IBM Maximo, overseeing enhancements, data loads, training, and cross-functional engagement.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, develop PowerBI reports, coordinate software upgrades, and mentor users while working with stakeholders across IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with OMS/Maximo Asset Management and reporting.
• Ability to implement enhancements, write specs, and lead UAT.
• Strong communication skills across IT, operations and management.
• Proven ability to train users and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Experience coordinating software upgrades and data loads.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and implement OMS/Maximo enhancements and bug fixes.
• Develop specs, test plans, and lead UAT with users.
• Coordinate with IT and load data into OMS/Maximo.
• Lead OMS/Maximo training and create material.
• Mentor users and run cross-functional meetings.
• Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards for OMS data.
• Support WorkHub and GIS integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and issue resolution.
