Job summary

Air Liquide Houston is seeking a Maximo Lead to supervise maintenance operations and drive CMMS data integrity and user adoption of IBM Maximo. The role balances field supervision with system optimization to ensure accurate asset tracking and efficient work orders.

Candidate should have 5+ years with IBM Maximo and 3+ years of supervision, plus strong training and reporting skills. This is an on-site position in Houston, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience using IBM Maximo.
• 3+ years supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong proficiency in Maximo modules: Assets, Work Orders, PMs, Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Audit CMMS data to clean legacy records and streamline workflows.
• Direct maintenance technicians and assign Maximo work orders.
• Develop Maximo training modules for technicians and operators.
• Establish KPIs to track system usage and asset reliability.
• Define standardized data entry protocols across maintenance.
