Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries is seeking a Maximo Lead to Houston, TX to oversee daily maintenance operations, drive data integrity, and improve user adoption of the CMMS. You will balance field supervision with system enhancements and ensure accurate asset tracking and optimized work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years supervising maintenance teams; 5+ years using IBM Maximo.
• Proficient in Maximo modules: Assets, Work Orders, PMs, Inventory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximo data development & optimization: audit and clean CMMS data, streamline work orders, standardize hierarchies, refine cataloging.
• Lead maintenance technicians and assign Maximo work orders, monitor execution, ensure safety.
• Develop and deliver Maximo training modules for technicians and planners.
• Establish KPIs to track system usage, backlog, and asset reliability; drive preventive maintenance.
• Define data entry standards to maintain CMMS data health.
