Job summary

The role requires 3+ years supervising maintenance and 5+ years hands-on Maximo experience; strong training and reporting skills; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising maintenance teams; 5+ years hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
• Strong Maximo module navigation: Assets, Work Orders, PMs, Inventory.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Asset Management preferred.
• Excellent leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and field supervision.
• Develop and deliver Maximo training modules.
• Define KPIs to track system usage and asset reliability.
• Drive process improvements and data governance.
