Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues and installation for our ERP system, OMS, available on cloud and on-premise, ensuring customers are live with proper configurations.

You will work cross-functionally with sales and software engineering, troubleshoot and install OMS on customer hardware and servers, and support data conversions and onboarding during go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server setup and maintenance.
• Experience in networking (e.g., DNS, ports), Windows Domain and Workgroup setup.
• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields.
• Nice to have: fluency in SQL and Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Service.
• Nice to have: Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience.
• Nice to have: knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, e-commerce, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Installation of the on-premise version of OMS ERP, including initial installation, updates, and configuration needed to get customers live
• Assist customers in converting existing data from their previous software to OMS
• Configure our cloud ERP including user onboarding, creation, and maintenance
• Maintain and troubleshoot cloud ERP issues
• Answer phone calls from our main support line and resolve customer issues during business hours
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Occasional local travel to customer on-site for installation and configuration (suspended during COVID-19)
