Job summary

DMI in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Application Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Specialist to ensure high availability of mission-critical enterprise applications. You will monitor, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate maintenance, and collaborate with owners, infrastructure, developers, and Service Desk teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in O&M, ITIL experience, and ServiceNow proficiency to drive reliable service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in an Operations & Maintenance environment.
• Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and production support.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
• Experience using ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise applications to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal system performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents within SLAs.
• Coordinate deployments, maintenance windows, upgrades, and patching.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, and production releases.
• Document operational procedures, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, network, and cybersecurity teams.
• Maintain incident, problem, and change records using ServiceNow.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and operational support as needed.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
