Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking an OMS Application Support Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Santa Ana, CA. The role is hybrid with onsite presence Tue and Wed, supporting the Outage Management System with hands-on OMS platforms, SQL databases, Python scripting, and Windows Server environments.

You will be the go-to SME for operational support, system configuration, upgrades, and data analysis, collaborating with IT teams, supporting PST hours, and participating in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with back office support of the CGI Outage Management System application at an Electrical Utility or similar.
• OpenGrid Network, formerly known as PragmaUP/PragmaLINE, SQL database, python, windows server maintenance and operational support

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance support for the OMS application.
• Lead OMS configuration, testing, and support during database and OS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OMS issues, perform data analysis, and respond to SQL data requests tied to electrical utility events.
• Create and maintain scripts (Python/shell) and technical documentation, including test plans and configuration guides.
• Work PST hours and rotate on-call responsibilities.
