Job summary

DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking an Application O&M Support Specialist to provide operational support for enterprise applications, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate maintenance windows, and ensure high availability.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, database, network, and cybersecurity teams, document runbooks and procedures, and participate in after-hours maintenance tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in an Operations & Maintenance environment.
• Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and production support.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
• Experience using ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise applications to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal system performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents while meeting established service level agreements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Coordinate application deployments, maintenance windows, upgrades, and patch implementation activities.
• Support application configuration, testing, validation, and production releases.
• Document operational procedures, technical runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate incident, problem, and change records using ServiceNow.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and operational support activities when required.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
