Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 2 (DBA Olympic Medical Center) in Port Angeles, WA, is seeking a Central Registration supervisor to ensure accurate day-to-day operations and outstanding patient access.

You will guide registration staff, manage scheduling, referrals, and charge review while upholding CARE standards. This role requires an Associate of Arts or equivalent experience, healthcare experience, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient office procedures including registration, scheduling, referrals, and charge review is required.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of clinical computer applications is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians Central Registration staff.
• Ensure front-line staff provide excellent customer service per CARE standards.
• Supervise registration staff, lead staff meetings, and participate in performance reviews.
• Provide human resources counseling and disciplinary actions when needed.
