Job summary

Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, WA is seeking an experienced Central Registration supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the registration staff. You will ensure high-quality service according to CARE standards and manage staff performance and HR actions.

The role requires outpatient registration experience and knowledge of clinical software. Aassociates degree is preferred, with competitive pay and full-time hours in dayshift.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians Central Registration staff. Responsible to ensure that all representatives provide excellent customer service by employing OMC’s C.A.R.E. (Consideration, Acknowledgment, Respectfulness, Excellence) standards. Supervises the registration staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions.

EDUCATION

• Associate of Arts degree, or 3 years associated work experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in outpatient office procedures including registration, scheduling, referrals, and charge review required.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of clinical computer applications preferred.
• Two years’ experience in healthcare preferred.
