Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Project Manager to transform Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain across a global beauty client. The role emphasizes Value Stream Mapping, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline order-to-cash and workflows.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project management within retail or eCommerce, with experience in lean initiatives, data validation, and enabling automation technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in retail, eCommerce, or related field.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping and business process mapping.
• Understanding of supply chain, Order-to-Cash, or end-to-end workflows.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience implementing software solutions and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Stream Mapping activities, including planning and workshops.
• Collaborate with Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain teams to identify gaps.
• Map end-to-end workflows and data flows across systems.
• Collect and validate performance data to establish baselines.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities using Lean and CI principles.
• Facilitate cross-functional validation and align on improvements.
• Develop future-state maps and prioritized improvement roadmaps.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management and adoption of redesigned processes.
• Explore AI-enabled automation and software solutions with teams.
