Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs or major initiatives.
• Proven governance, planning, roadmap management, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, process, and organizational change.
• Strong leadership, dependency/risk/change control, and performance measurement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead program management for a key initiative, establishing governance, planning, reporting, and execution.
• Design governance processes, including executive reporting and escalation mechanisms.
• Track scope changes, risks, dependencies, milestones with governance.
• Define program metrics and provide transparent transformation progress reports.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps across initiatives and workstreams.
• Drive execution discipline with milestone management and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning for alignment across business, technology, and transformation.
• Maintain a single source of truth for plans, actions, risks, and decisions.
