Talbots is seeking a Project Manager to drive omni-channel marketing campaigns from initiation to deployment. You will create detailed plans, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class creative work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management within retail or agencies, with strong collaboration and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in a project management, e-commerce/ retail or agency role is preferred.
• Experience on digital, AI, social and print campaigns.
• Strong collaboration, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed project plans with schedules, dependencies, resources and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Creative/Marketing, Visual, Merchandising, Web Merchandising and Email Marketing.
• Manage and track creative projects from initiation through deployment.
• Provide written and verbal status updates at each phase to stakeholders.
• Escalate and mitigate project risks with the team.
• Prepare assets for release at key milestones.
