We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to spearhead a critical initiative that will redefine how this organization operates. What You’ll Do

• Build and lead the program management approach for a key strategic initiative, establishing frameworks for governance, planning, reporting, and execution.
• Design and operate robust governance processes, including executive reporting, decision forums, and escalation mechanisms.
• Ensure that key decisions, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and milestones are meticulously tracked and governed.
• Define critical program metrics and provide transparent reporting on transformation progress and performance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps that span multiple initiatives and workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Drive execution discipline through structured planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to achieve seamless alignment across business, technology, and transformation teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all program plans, milestones, actions, risks, and decisions, fostering clarity and accountability.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 12 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven expertise in establishing program governance, integrated planning, roadmap management, and executive reporting practices.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives that involve business, technology, process, and organizational change.
• Strong program leadership skills, including adeptness in dependency management, risk management, change control, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in standard program management tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to create digestible communications tailored for executive-level audiences.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• A transparent and direct communication style, with a strong point of view balanced by a collaborative approach and a bias for inclusion.

Bonus Points

• Experience with both agile and waterfall program delivery methodologies.
• Background in planning, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Industry experience in supply chain planning and manufacturing.
• Experience working with a broad functional and impactful user base.
