Job summary

AfterShip, a remote-first SaaS company, seeks a Sales Engineer to launch and scale the Omnichannel product. You’ll support revenue growth by partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success to articulate value and fit for mid-market and enterprise customers.

As a hands-on adviser, you’ll design demos, validate integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop), and contribute to solution architecture and implementation planning with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting within B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting customer-facing technical discovery, evaluations and implementations for mid-market or enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows (REST, webhooks, JSON) for real-world use cases.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting multi-system integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, ERP/OMS).

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects in a consultative, discovery-led approach.
• Understand goals, architecture, and constraints to craft solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs and POCs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and drive wins.
• Deliver tailored demos and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
• Assess fit, risks, and implementation readiness across systems.
• Work with APIs, integrations, and data flows to validate use cases.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop.
• Define solution architecture and success criteria pre-onboarding.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth implementation.
