Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager in Etna, OH to oversee the efficient operation of accounts within our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role includes P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance, with leadership over both salaried and hourly staff. You will collaborate with senior management to determine needs, manage payroll, and review weekly financials to drive account profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse field; leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage salaried and hourly staff performance; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Oversee payroll responsibilities and vendor invoicing.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to senior management.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety regulations compliance.
• Perform other duties and flexible scheduling as needed.
