The role requires leading salaried and hourly staff and coordinating with senior management and customers. The position offers an exempt salary with potential for an annual bonus of 10% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• Two+ years of managing direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of Transportation/Warehouse Logistics operations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility, resolving issues and ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to define needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to assess profitability and provide financial data and weekly reports to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotes for materials, and customer invoicing.
• Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
