Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years managing and leading direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of transportation/warehouse logistics operations.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility; address performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to determine account profitability and provide reports to senior management.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes for materials, and customer invoicing.
• Hold Safety & Security meetings and ensure safety regulations compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned; flexible schedule across shifts.
