Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal shift logistics.
• Maintain KPI and monitor progress toward business objectives.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations and recognize team successes.
• Support health, safety and security initiatives and ensure compliance.
