Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own and execute digital merchandising and site experience initiatives in Plano, TX. The role focuses on optimizing product placement, promotions, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ecommerce or digital experience management, with strong CMS/PIM knowledge and experience partnering across product, engineering, UX, analytics, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, operations or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy and digital merchandising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to use and adopt AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day digital merchandising strategy and execution across key product categories to maximize engagement and sales.
• Develop and manage product placement, merchandising and promotional experiences across homepage and category pages.
• Coordinate with Category Management, Marketing, and Product Ops to align merchandising priorities with business goals.
• Lead promotional updates, ensuring accurate offers, pricing, messaging and placements across digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust merchandising to optimize conversion and revenue.
