Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greets customers, assists in finding products, delivers outstanding service, promotes products.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: monitors systems, picks orders, packs orders per packaging requirements and timelines.
• jcp.com Operations: researches order shortages/overages, processes shipments and returns. Maintains stock area and processes sell/return transactions.
• General Operations: replenishes store inventory with Merchandise Associates, participates in annual inventory.
• Meets performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance.
