Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. in Reno, NV is seeking a Customer Care Regional Omnichannel representative to handle voice and email interactions, quote, sell and service MSC's large customers and field sales associates. The Sr.

Representatives mentor teammates and uphold MSC’s care standards. You will work with MSC systems (AS/400, WebSOE, Salesforce), focus on high-quality service, and strive to increase sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have six months experience as Customer Care Omnichannel Representative with quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and service calls and emails to process orders and returns.
• Upsell and promote MSC solutions to increase sales and account retention.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Use MSC systems (AS/400, WebSOE, Salesforce) and vendor sites to fulfill requests.
• Train and assist teammates; stay updated on regional omnichannel functions.
