Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. is hiring for a Regional Omnichannel Customer Care Representative. The role handles customer voice and email interactions, quoting, selling, and servicing MSC's large customers as well as Field Sales staff.

The Senior Representatives mentor teammates and ensure quality in line with MSC standards. You will use MSC systems (AS/400, Web SOE, Salesforce) and vendor sites to resolve issues, upsell products, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales skills.
• Proficiency in systems used by the Representative, Customer Care - Omnichannel role, such as AS/400, Oceana and the MSC website.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• General knowledge of the industrial supply industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and service calls and emails to process orders and returns.
• Upsell and promote MSC sales solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Associates to drive revenue and account retention.
• Use MSC systems and vendor websites to resolve issues and source products.
• Build relationships to improve customer satisfaction and quoting opportunities.
