MSC Industrial Supply Co. is hiring a Customer Care Omnichannel Representative in Davenport, IA. The role focuses on handling voice and email interactions to quote, sell, and service MSC’s mid-to-extra-large customers, while supporting Field Sales Associates.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, and sales skills. You will use MSC systems (AS/400, Oceana, Salesforce) to resolve issues, upsell, and ensure timely responses. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and service customer calls and emails to process orders, troubleshoot issues, complete returns, and upsell.
• Utilize MSC systems and collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs.
• Build internal and external relationships to enhance satisfaction and quoting opportunities.
• Take ownership of difficult customer service issues and resolve them promptly.
