Job summary

MSC Industrial Direct Co.,Inc. invites applications for the Representative, Customer Care – Regional Omnichannel in Harrisburg, PA. You will handle customer voice and email interactions, quote, sell, and service MSC's mid to large customers and Field Sales.

You may mentor other Omnichannel staff and help ensure top-tier service. You will use MSC systems including AS/400, WebSOE, Salesforce, and vendor portals, collaborating across departments to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months as a Customer Care Omnichannel Representative with quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails to process orders and resolve issues.
• Upsell and promote MSC's solutions to drive sales and account retention.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Associates to extend quote and revenue opportunities.
• Use MSC systems (AS/400, WebSOE, Salesforce, vendor sites) to address needs.
• Train and mentor other Omnichannel colleagues as needed.
