Job summary

You will handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and EDI orders for MSC's largest National Account customers, quoting, selling and servicing per contractual standards. Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with technical issues, coordinating with National Account Managers, and enhancing customer satisfaction while driving sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple channels (phone, email, chat, orders).
• Proficiency with MSC systems including AS/400, Oceana, and MSC website.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or French) desired.

Responsibilities

• Process electronically generated orders and quotes for Enterprise Customers.
• Assist customers and team members with basic issues and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers to promote sales solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Build internal and external relationships to improve satisfaction and quoting opportunities.
