The role focuses on handling customer voice and email interactions, quoting, selling and servicing MSC's mid-to-large customers and Field Sales Associates in line with MSC's standards. You will manage inbound calls and emails, source products with vendors, upsell, and ensure accurate orders and timely responses using MSC systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Demonstrated sales skills required.
• Proficiency in systems used by the Representative, Customer Care - Omnichannel role, such as AS/400, Oceana and the MSC website required.
• Excellent communication skills required including the ability to speak and write standard business English required.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound sales and service calls and emails to process orders, troubleshoot issues, handle returns, source products, upsell.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Associates to promote MSC's solutions and revenue growth.
• Use MSC systems (AS/400, WebSOE, Salesforce, Oceana, vendor sites) to address customer needs.
• Provide effortless customer experiences across all modalities for products, services and pricing.
• Build relationships to enhance satisfaction and increase quoting opportunities.
• Meet quality, sales, and productivity targets and follow up on tickets for timely resolution.
